Data we collect

When you use the contact form: name, organisation, role, email, phone (optional), type of organisation, number of staff, grants received, needs, message and preferred contact.

The company car simulator runs in your browser: the amounts you enter are not sent to us.

Purposes and legal basis

To answer your request and, where relevant, send you a proposal. Processing is based on the consent you give in the form and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

If you become a client, your data is then processed under the engagement letter and our legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering rules.

Recipients

Your data is processed by the firm's team. It is hosted by our technical providers (website and form hosting), acting on our behalf. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention

Contact requests that do not lead to an engagement are kept for no more than 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, object to it, request portability or withdraw your consent by writing to info@ecosolidaire.be.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
